COMMON QUESTIONS

Is this a real app from the App Store?
It's called a Progressive Web App (PWA). It installs directly from this page and behaves exactly like an App Store app — icon on your home screen, opens full-screen, stays signed in. No App Store review, no account required, zero download size.
Does it cost anything?
Zero. Free to install, free to use. DHA membership (Fans / Diehards / Addicts) is unchanged and is managed through your portal as normal.
Will it update automatically?
Yes. The app pulls the newest version every time you open it. New drops, new draws, new features — instant, no App Store delays.
Will my login stay saved?
Yes. Sign in once on the installed app and you stay signed in until you log out from Account Settings. Your Addict Points, orders, draws, and Vault votes all sync the same as on the website.
Can I check out and pay from inside the app?
Yes. Full shop, cart, Stripe checkout, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Afterpay all work identically inside the installed app. Apple Pay on iPhone is especially fast.
What about notifications for drops?
Your Notify Me sign-ups (email + SMS once your phone is added) keep working the same in the app. Push notifications directly to the app icon are coming soon.
What if I don't want it anymore?
Uninstall anytime. iPhone/iPad: long-press the icon → Remove App. Android: long-press → Uninstall. Mac: drag from the Dock. Windows: right-click → Uninstall.

INSTALL ON IPHONE / IPAD

Takes about 10 seconds. Use Safari (not Chrome) on iOS.

  1. Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari.
  2. Scroll down in the share menu until you see "Add to Home Screen."
  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen," then tap "Add" in the top-right.
  4. You're done. The DHA icon now lives on your home screen — tap it like any other app.

INSTALL ON MAC (SAFARI)

Safari on macOS Sonoma or later supports installing web apps directly to your Dock.

  1. Open the File menu at the top of your screen while Safari is active.
  2. Click "Add to Dock…" near the bottom of the menu.
  3. Confirm the name (DHA) and click "Add."
  4. Launch from your Dock anytime — opens in its own window, no Safari tabs.

INSTALL ON ANDROID

Use Chrome or any Chromium-based browser.

  1. Tap the menu (three dots in the top-right of Chrome).
  2. Select "Install app" or "Add to Home screen."
  3. Tap "Install" in the prompt that appears.
  4. Open it from your home screen or app drawer — just like any Play Store app.

INSTALL ON WINDOWS

Use Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

  1. Look for the install icon in the address bar (a small "+⬇" or monitor icon on the right side).
